Big news for our Greater Los Angeles team – CBRE has renewed its lease at 400 South Hope Street, continuing our commitment to Downtown Los Angeles as our regional hub. Our Turner & Townsend colleagues will be joining us in this space, with CBRE Investment Management following later next year, bringing more of our teams together under one roof in the heart of L.A. We're excited about the collaboration and connection that comes with sharing a space and look forward to what we'll build together here.
