10 years at LHH and I’m just getting started! This week I celebrated a decade at LHH and with it came a new and exciting chapter. I’m extremely happy to share that I will be representing LHH RS Data Strategy as Data Analytics & Performance Director. When people ask me what’s the key to keeping the pace after so many years, I usually share a few beliefs that have guided me: - Do what no one wants to do. - Go where others don’t want to go. - Invest in yourself — learn something new, adapt, read, stay curious, and build your competitive advantage. - Surround yourself with great people. Mentors are essential for both a strong career and the right mindset. - Adopt a “learn-it-all” mindset, not a “know-it-all.” That’s how you consistently add value. - Be in a place that offers what you’re looking for. - Have a Plan A, B, and C, but remember: nothing substitutes patience. When you understand the engine and the process, opportunities follow. - Mentality is everything. Imagine, believe, and back yourself, the universe responds to that energy.
