💻This month, we had the pleasure of welcoming 40 neurodivergent IT apprentices to a Hackathon at the Microsoft Innovation Hub in Zurich together with Kauz Informatik Medien AG.   Throughout the day, the apprentices explored cloud and AI technologies, working alongside Microsoft experts, exchanging ideas and gaining hands-on experience with the technologies that are increasingly shaping how we learn, work, and create. By the end of the program, they had developed and presented their own AI agent concepts, showcasing a wide range of ideas and practical applications. 🎥Watch the video in comments. The day was a powerful reminder of the importance of learning. As technology continues to evolve rapidly, helping people build the skills and confidence to understand, use and shape these tools has never been more important. Experiences like this show how hands-on learning can turn new technologies into practical tools for creativity, innovation and impact. As AI becomes increasingly integrated into education and the workplace, conversations about skills development, accessibility and equitable access to technology are just as important as the technology itself. AI can also be a powerful enabler of inclusion, helping to remove barriers, support different ways of learning and working, and create opportunities for more people to participate and thrive. Helping more people participate in and benefit from digital transformation is a shared responsibility.
