Water is life. But in conflict‑ravaged Central and East Darfur, families are struggling to meet one of life’s most basic needs: access to safe water, sanitation and hygiene. Through the MOAFA III project, implemented by Catholic Relief Services since 2022, communities are working to restore essential water and sanitation services in areas heavily affected by conflict and displacement. This includes rehabilitating wells and boreholes, constructing ventilated pit latrines with hand‑washing facilities, promoting hygiene through trained community workers, and strengthening local systems to manage waste and prevent disease outbreaks. In fragile settings like Darfur, your support enables CRS to respond quickly and flexibly—restoring access to clean water, reducing the risk of preventable illness, and helping families regain dignity amid crisis and displacement. For thousands of families in Darfur, clean water is more than infrastructure. It is health. It is time returned to families. It is life. Make a gift today: https://brnw.ch/21x26YM
