I have been to EIGHTEEN Sales Kickoffs…. It’s hard to surprise me at this point. Workato pulled a huge uno-reverse card today and brought in a CIO to walk us through his decision process on why he did NOT renew with us. 🧐 That’s right.. he is a churned customer on stage at SKO. 😳🤯 Insane value. Insane. Value. 🥰 I truly believe Closed Lost can be equally if not more valuable than Closed Won stories and so appreciative the leadership saw it that way too and invited him. 🙌🏻
