Meet Bradley, a 2024 Finance graduate from Bradley University, who is a member of Caterpillar's Finance Leadership Development Program. His path started at Bradley’s career fair, where he connected with a Caterpillar recruiter. He was determined to gain hands-on experience in Finance as early as possible, and his pursuit paid off. Bradley ultimately was offered an internship in Supplier Finance on the Corporate Treasury team the following summer. He received a full-time offer to join the Caterpillar Finance Leadership and Development Program after completing his internship. His first rotation placed him with the Bank Account Management team, and he’s now on his second rotation with the Commodity Risk Management team. With this experience, Bradley’s advice to current students is, “Don't be afraid to put your name out there as early as possible.
