When Caterpillar opened its Campo Largo facility in Brazil, Solange B. was part of the very first team, helping build the foundation of what the site is today. Over the last 15 years, she’s seen it all, including growth in operations, expansion of teams and a safety culture that continues to evolve and strengthen. Today, as an Environmental Health and Safety Technical Analyst, Solange plays a key role in that progress, helping create an environment where safety isn’t just a checklist, but something that’s lived and reinforced every day through collaboration and shared responsibility. “Over time, I understood that safety goes far beyond procedures and standards.
