How we are moving castFEX forward... ...was what we worked on together in our first leadership team workshop. As the youngest member of the FRECH Group, we are developing with great momentum. In addition to technical competencies, processes and solutions, this also includes the way we work together as a team and the values and culture that define us. The shared alignment of the leadership team is therefore highly important. Topics such as clear goals and responsibilities, effective interfaces and a common understanding of the next steps are essential. For us, it was a valuable starting point for regular exchange.
