This won’t be another CoLab post…We’ve all seen plenty of those by now. I think we can all agree that if you weren't there, San Antonio is the move. But this one’s about gratitude. After our event last week, I'm thankful for a space filled with a lot of:  - Hugs amongst peers turned friends - Pride left at the door  - Dedication to show up and be different - Hearts open to hearing and learning something new - Playbooks that will drive action  - The kind of presence that reminds you what really matters Because the truth is… we’ve all been to a lot of events. And most of them lead to very similar outcomes. But CoLab? It was different. And if you were there...you felt it. And that feeling…that’s what I’m carrying into this week. Because being part of something like that? That’s not just impactful—it’s a privilege.
