Connecting the dots between clean data, compelling commerce, and flawless fulfillment.
I joined Pivotree in mid-September 2025, and it’s been a real shift—in the best way. After eight years in software product companies, jumping into the services and systems integration world came with a learning curve (and a few humbling moments so far). Thankfully, I work with great people in an environment that encourages learning fast, owning mistakes, and getting better every day. As a team, we’ve made some hard calls, but we’re executing, improving, and clearly heading in the right direction as we roll into the new year. As AI continues to change how software—and work—actually gets done, we’re leaning in, not backing away. From using AI internally to work smarter, to weaving it into our implementations, managed services, and new productized ideas, it feels like we’re building for what’s next—not what used to work. I’m grateful for the opportunity, energized by the team, and excited about what’s ahead—for the company, for my team, and for my own growth. 2026 is going to be a big one, and we’re ready to go. Huge thanks to Kyle Metcalf for the trust and support, Mike Terry for sharpening our thinking, and helping us move faster and stronger every day, and to the incredible team I get to work with every day.
