🤯 McKinsey has changed the Case Interview game....again! McKinsey has responded to the recent AI tide and incorporated AI directly into the McKinsey Case Interview process! This is huge! McKinsey now wants to test how "AI Fluent" candidates are, and can hit the ground running with AI on day 1. McKinsey is testing its AI Generative tool, Lilli to interview candidates in certain regions. Candidates are expected to understand how to use AI to their advantage and problem solve a situation. This is going to sit on top of the base casing skills like Frameworks, Brainstorming, Case Math, etc. because McKinsey will still have traditional case interviews.
