This role serves as the college's primary authority for ctcLink access management, security administration, functional coordination, and operational continuity. The Assistant Director focuses exclusively on ctcLink support and operations, ensuring the system is secure, reliable, and aligned with State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) requirements and college business needs. The position acts as the primary liaison between the college, SBCTC, and campus stakeholders for ctcLink-related activities, changes, and communications. This role is designated as Essential Personnel to support continuity of operations during critical incidents, system outages, or campus emergencies.
