The Director of Advancement leads strategic communications, marketing, and fundraising efforts that support student success and institutional growth at Cascadia College. This role is part of the Advancement department, which includes Marketing & Communications and the Cascadia College Foundation. The Director oversees enrollment marketing campaigns, brand and marketing initiatives, event planning, and donor engagement. They develop and manage fundraising campaigns and cultivate donor relationships. The Director also collaborates across campus to support departments to elevate programs, services, and ultimately grow enrollment.
