10 years at Microsoft. Feels a bit unreal when I write it down, but very, very special to me to receive a personal anniversary website from my employer 🤗 I actually started back in June 2014 on a temporary contract (and became FTE in March 2016) — and somehow… I never left. Honestly? I still really love working at Microsoft. That probably says it all. Over the years I’ve learned that it’s not just about tech, titles or slide decks. It’s about passion, hard work, going the extra mile (sometimes two), and most importantly: the people. I’ve had the privilege (and still have…) to work with outstanding colleagues, inspiring mentors, bold entrepreneurs, market leaders and truly world‑class partners. That’s what makes this journey special. A big thank you to everyone who trusted, challenged and supported me along the way — especially early on Michael Vietzke, Heinrich Gassen, Lutz Küper, Remy Grund, Marcus Bartsch and and my managers Edith Wittmann, Jens Dissmann, Joerg Kreykamp, Lejla Zukic-Krivdic, Michael Flügge, Mareike Hoffmann and Markus Reischl.
