With lead counsel Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP Carsted Rosenberg acted as Danish local counsel on the sale of Getaround's European carsharing operations to Danish operator GoMore, creating Europe's largest peer-to-peer carsharing network with approx. 70,000 vehicles, 5 million users in 11 countries. Our work covered the Danish law aspects of the transaction spanning more than 12 jurisdictions overall. The CRA team was jointly led by Andreas Tamasauskas and Michael Carsted Rosenberg, working alongside lead counsel Orrick France, and the wider adviser group on both sides.
