🎓 𝗔 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗶𝗷𝘀 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗸𝗲𝗻𝘀! A few weeks ago, our colleague Gijs Hermkens successfully defended his master’s thesis with an impressive score of 8.5/10. With this, he has completed his thesis, obtained his master’s degree and closed an important chapter in his academic career. His research focused on a relevant topic at the intersection of supply chain, data, optimization, and AI. A subject that fits well with the way we at Caroz continue to develop data-driven solutions for our customers. What makes this milestone even more special: after completing his thesis, Gijs will continue his journey at CAROZ, THE control tower and officially join the Supply Chain Team of Dario Palombo. Over the past few months, he has already stood out with his sharp analyses, practical approach and true Caroz mentality. European Supply Chain Forum - ESCF also played an important role in this journey. Gijs first came into contact with Caroz during the ESCF Talent Day, where we are present every year as a member. What started as a first introduction grew into a master’s thesis and has now developed into a new role within our team. We are proud that this development took place at Caroz and look forward to continuing to build smart, data-driven supply chain solutions together with Gijs.
