The most delicious recipe that even my kids love! Sauté for 4-5 minutes in 1 tbsp of olive oil 1 finely chopped onion 1 carrot grated 1 finely chopped red pepper Add 250g of Turkey mince and cook through, breaking into small pieces as you go Add 2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp chilli powder, a veg stock pot and 1 tbsp Worcester sauce, and cook through for 1-2 mins Add 2 tins of chopped tomatoes and 1 tin of mixed beans, and simmer for 20-30 minutes until reduced. Serve with grated cheese and a spoonful of Greek yogurt. For me. In perimenopause this is low in refined carbohydrate. Unprocessed. Zero sugar. High protein. But most importantly, it’s filling and delish meaning I won’t snack, feel deprived or hungry. Just alert, satisfied, energised, positive snd happy!!! Add rice and make this even more family friendly - serves 5 easily x #perimenopausenutrition #perimenopausehealth #foodporn #healthylifestyle #healthyeating
