ES Como parte del #SEGraduateProgram me encuentro en una rotación internacional en Alemania. Una de las cosas que más he disfrutado ha sido el intercambio cultural que ocurre todos los días. Me encanta ver el interés de mis colegas por conocer más sobre México, mientras yo aprendo de su cultura y perspectivas. También me ha confirmado que una cultura inclusiva no es solo algo positivo para las personas; es un factor clave para el éxito de cualquier organización. Cuando las personas se sienten valoradas por quienes son y tienen la confianza para aportar diferentes perspectivas, la colaboración mejora y la innovación sucede de manera natural. One of the things I have enjoyed the most has been the cultural exchange that takes place every day. I love seeing my colleagues' interest in learning more about Mexico, while I continue to learn from their culture and perspectives. This experience has also reinforced my belief that an inclusive culture is not only beneficial for people—it is a key factor in the success of any company.
