Celebrating the #pridemonth at Alstom is also about spreading good information! We celebrate initiatives such as Alice MAUTIN's, who uses the pride spirit to spread information across her perimeter and encourage the community to gather efforts for a good cause through the #RainbowTrain Here's an excerpt of her words to her community: Many LGBTQIA+ people face discrimination that impacts their professional life: refusal of employment, insults, harassment, rejection, contempt, salary inequalities, or access to responsibilities. Not being able to be oneself at work can have consequences related to mental and physical health or other administrative consequences such as giving up social benefits (for example, not taking parental leave, marriage leave, not declaring their +1 to our medical/insurance provider).
