This week at Alstom was marked by webinars and initiatives about #health & #wellbeing - a topic that goes hand in hand with #Diversity, #Equity & #Inclusion on the efforts to create a workspace where everyone feels safe and can thrive. I am very happy to work at a company that provides tools and support to make it happen - and that has passionate people who take health & wellbeing very seriously. Very special mention to Emma Downing who coordinates the global health & wellbeing community and who worked very hard to make it all happen! (and another very special mention to our #pridemonth activity, our dear Rainbow Train, that mixes health and wellbeing with allyship and a message of respect throughout the whole company!)
