I'm excited to share that the first paper from our nationwide household food waste diary study has now been published! In this study, we collected detailed food waste diaries from households across the German-, French-, and Italian-speaking regions of Switzerland (n = 515) to quantify household food waste. We also explored a range of potential predictors to better understand the factors associated with food waste generation.
