After 15 incredible years, the time has come for me to turn the page and begin a new chapter. I leave H&S with gratitude for the trust, the challenges, the growth, and above all, the people. To my colleagues who became partners, sparring partners, and over time, true friends. To my closest colleagues and team (past and present), your talent, commitment, resilience, and generosity made every challenge meaningful and every success shared.  And to the clients and candidates who trusted me with their most important decisions: thank you. That trust was never taken lightly. This decision comes after deep reflection, and with even deeper gratitude as I leave with lasting friendships.
