Hello, Viega! 💛 Courage is the engine of change – and it is leading me into an exciting new chapter. I am delighted to start the new year by taking on the role of CFO Europe at Viega. At the same time, I leave DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung with deep gratitude. As Managing Director and CFO, I had the privilege of shaping transformation, rethinking structures, and helping build a modern finance organization that truly partners with the business. I now look ahead with great enthusiasm. The opportunity to contribute to Viega’s continued growth and innovation, to work alongside talented colleagues, and to help shape the future of a global market leader and family-owned company – with a strong focus on sustainability and responsibility for future generations – is both humbling and energizing. Gleichzeitig verabschiede ich mich mit Dankbarkeit von der DB Fahrzeuginstandhaltung. Als Geschäftsführerin und CFO durfte ich gemeinsam mit einem starken Team Transformation gestalten, Strukturen neu denken und mit „Fit für die Zukunft“ wichtige Weichen stellen. Besonders stolz bin ich auf den Aufbau einer modernen Finance-Organisation, die als echter Business Partner agiert. Nun blicke ich mit großer Motivation nach vorn: Die Möglichkeit, bei einem führenden Technologieunternehmen der Installationsbranche Verantwortung für Nachhaltigkeit, Innovation und zukünftige Generationen zu übernehmen und die Zukunft eines globalen Marktführers und Familienunternehmens mitzugestalten, macht mich demütigend und ist gleichermaßen inspirierend. Ich freue mich auf die neue Aufgabe und wünsche allen ein gesundes und erfolgreiches Jahr 2026.
