I’m Carmen M. Hall, affectionately known as “Coach Carmen,” founder of And Her Name Was Grace LLC — a wellness-centered coaching practice rooted in healing, faith, emotional wellness, and personal transformation. As a Mental Health Wellness Therapeutic Coach, author, and facilitator, I create spaces where individuals and families can heal, grow, and reconnect with purpose. My work is especially centered around grief support, emotional wellness, faith-based healing, parenting support, and community restoration for those impacted by trauma and loss. I hold a Bachelor of Arts and Associate degree in Sociology and completed my Master’s studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at John Carroll University. My background also includes mediation training through the Supreme Court of Ohio and Cognitive Behavioral Intervention training focused on recidivism reduction. I am the author of The Gift of Now: The Discovery of Your Purpose and creator of the Things I’ve Learned Along the Way Workbook Journal. Through coaching, workshops, wellness groups, and transformative conversations, my mission is simple: Helping people heal honestly, live intentionally, and become whole. “You are enough, you have enough, and you are becoming.” 🌻 www.andhernamewasgrace.com Psychology Today — Coach Carmen Founder, andhernamewasgrace.com
