What does “safe food everywhere” actually mean in our day-to-day work? At Carlsberg, food safety is part of how we work - built into the standards we follow and the choices we make every day to care for our products, our consumers, and each other. Last week, teams across our Asia Regional and Hong Kong offices marked World Food Safety Day 2026, turning this commitment into something tangible. At our Food Safety Townhall, led by Joy Rice, ISC VP Asia, together with her team, we brought key messages to life in a way that felt practical and close to our everyday work. We were also honoured to have João Abecasis, EVP Asia, and Nathaniel Moxom, Managing Director of Hong Kong & Taiwan, share their perspectives on why food safety matters.
