Big congratulations to our very first graduating class of Carlsberg Brewmasters! 🍻 Launched just last year, the Brewmaster Academy brings together a select group of colleagues from across markets and functions to advance brewing science, craftsmanship, and knowledge across our global organisation. As our founder, J.C. Jacobsen, put it: "The constant purpose of the operations at Carlsberg shall be to develop the art of brewing to the highest possible degree of perfection..." Safe to say, the graduates lived up to that ambition - completing 13(!) theoretical exams alongside verbal and hands-on, on-floor assessments. Through a mix of theory and practical experience, the programme ensures brewing excellence stays at the heart of everything we do - passing knowledge from generation to generation and continuing to develop the art of brewing. Cheers to our first Brewmaster grads! 🎓 We’re already excited to welcome next year’s class - who, in fact, have already kicked off their programme.
