Celebrating Women in Engineering and the people behind the progress 👏 Today is International Women in Engineering Day, so we’re shining a light on the incredible engineering talent and teamwork we see every day that keeps our production lines running and drives manufacturing innovation across our brands. To celebrate, we’re proud to launch our new video: ‘Behind the Lines’. Filmed at our Rugby soft drinks site and featuring talented colleagues from across our production network, the film is a brilliant glimpse behind the scenes – showcasing what a varied and rewarding engineering career really looks like and the people who make it happen. We’re also celebrating across the business and encouraging our colleagues to share their stories - highlighting real career journeys, allyship in action, and the importance of visible role models, supported by our brilliant Be Empowered Employee Resource Group.
