A huge congratulations to George Warren, Senior Category Development Manager at Carlsberg Britvic, who was recognised as the Global Winner of the Semper Ardens principle in this year’s Carlsberg Global Recognition Programme.    Selected from almost 3,000 nominations across the Carlsberg Group, George's achievement is a testament to the impact, dedication and values he brings to work every day.    This week, George joined fellow winners in Copenhagen to celebrate their success, experiencing the Home of Carlsberg, visiting the Carlsberg Research Laboratory, and receiving recognition from Carlsberg's Executive Committee, including CEO Jacob Aarup-Andersen, CFO Ulrica Fearn and EVP People & Culture Susa Hegelund.    George embodies the values that drive our business forward and serves as a brilliant example of the talent, passion and commitment across our teams.    Congratulations, George, and thank you for your continued hard work and contribution.
