๐ฎ๐ช Ireland Removes Visa-Free Access for Saint Kitts & Nevis, Saint Lucia & Nicaragua Starting June 15, 2026, nationals of these three countries will need a visa to enter Ireland, including for airport transit. The decision aligns Ireland with the UK and reflects the broader European trend of increasing scrutiny of Citizenship by Investment (CBI) programs. A short transitional period applies until July 14 for travelers who had already booked their trips. Notably, Antigua & Barbuda remains unaffected for now. Its passport holders continue to enjoy visa-free access to Ireland. This further highlights the growing differentiation between Caribbean CBI programs. While security concerns are often cited, one has to ask: instead of focusing so heavily on restricting legitimate and highly regulated investment migration programs, would Europe achieve better results by dedicating more resources to addressing uncontrolled illegal immigration? These developments continue to reduce some of the mobility advantages traditionally associated with Caribbean investor passports. For investors, it is another reminder that the real value of a second citizenship should not be measured solely by the number of visa-free destinations. Program stability, government credibility, international reputation, and long-term reliability are becoming increasingly important factors. Is Antigua & Barbuda becoming the stronger Caribbean option today, and should Europe reconsider its priorities? #CBI #CitizenshipByInvestment #SecondPassport #AntiguaAndBarbuda #InvestmentMigration #GlobalMobility #ImmigrationPolicy #WealthProtection #TaxNomadism #AllieInternational #AlbertoRovere
