🔍 Management of severe tricuspid regurgitation remains challenging, and the key questions are still: “who” and “how” to treat? 🫀 In our real-world cohort of 476 patients, we found that invasive strategies (surgery or T-TEER) may improve outcomes over conservative therapy, particularly in earlier stages (TRI-SCORE < 6) 💡 These findings highlight the importance of a Heart Valve Centre approach and systematic use of the TRI-SCORE to ensure that the right patient receives the right treatment at the right time 📘 The newly released ESC guidelines 2025 now reinforce these principles, supporting early referral to specialized centers and risk stratification with TRI-SCORE Full article: https://lnkd.in/gnDVAKQv Editorial: https://lnkd.in/gKyQPpaz Grateful to Michele Morosato, Cosmo Godino, francesco maisano and all co-authors for their contribution and collaboration.
