FROM PROOF OF CONCEPT TO GLOBAL SCALE: TICKETCO'S 2025 RESULTS Today, Shifter published an interview with me covering TicketCo's 2025 results and what comes next. Those results are now public, and they tell a clear story: we are profitable, we are growing, and we are ready to scale globally. The context matters. When I stepped into the CEO role in 2022, we made a deliberate shift away from pure top-line growth and towards building a cash-positive, scalable business. We restructured, trimmed the organisation and sharpened our focus, anchoring ourselves in live sports to prove the model. That work is done. And the numbers speak for themselves. In 2025, €123 million in ticket sales were processed through the platform. What excites me most is what comes next. Having proven the model in sport, we are now widening our scope and returning to our roots, re-enabling live events more broadly. We have built a scalable expansion model that makes entering new markets significantly faster and more efficient than before. To lead this next chapter, we have brought in exceptional international talent. Clare Kenny joins as COO with deep experience across live events, commercialisation, and brand-building. Jóhann Gunnarsson joins as CPO, with a strong track record in scaling high-growth technology platforms. Mark Stephenson joins as CTO, based in the UK which is one of the world's most important live event markets. Together with the rest of the exec team and the entire TicketCo staff, this is the group that will take us global. The financial and technological foundations are in place.
