Our four-phase study will: - Map caregiver profiles and needs nationwide - Explore real-life caregiving experiences - Develop a concise assessment tool (CAT) with input from both caregivers and professionals - Publish a comprehensive advocacy roadmap (“white book”) to improve policy and practice Family caregivers are pivotal in providing compassionate, home-based end-of-life care. By understanding their challenges, we aim to bolster support systems, enhance caregiver well-being and competence, reduce unnecessary hospitalisations, and honour patients’ wishes to remain at home. #PalliativeCare #FamilyCaregivers #MixedMethods Universidad El Bosque UNIR
