𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 At ZEISS India, we’re steadily accelerating our journey toward data-driven decision-making. The DSI (Data Solutions & Insights) team recently ran a two-day, in-person 𝗣𝗟-𝟯𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗜 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 at our Bangalore HO. This training was designed as a business-first capability-building program rather than a typical tool training. Our #teamZEISS employees brought their own datasets and use cases, creating dashboards for production, quality, and turnaround time that they plan to embed in daily operations. The workshop emphasized on accelerated dashboard deployment, designing for scale (from the start), and building robust business data models for trustworthy reporting.
