Building Brands. Driving Growth. | Brand & Commercial Leader | AI Fluent | Women in Business Mentor

There were times in my career when I felt sidelined and silenced. I don’t talk about it much, but looking back, I often questioned if it was something I did wrong. Maybe I wasn’t good enough. Maybe I just didn’t belong. Even with big brands under my belt, I used to hide behind them. Let the logos speak louder than I did. I was misunderstood more than once. And I didn’t have the voice or the space to explain myself. That’s why yesterday’s Women in Business (WiB) mixer at Mandala Club meant so much to me. We went around the room sharing why we joined this community. And honestly, I had goosebumps. Behind all the impressive careers and confident smiles were women who had been through it too. Women who had navigated difficult moments quietly. Women looking for real connection. Women who were tired of doing it all alone. It made me even more grateful that I volunteered to be part of this committee together with Cornelia Schuler Alle Prestipino Anya E. Michelle Koh To share the parts of my journey I used to keep quiet. To make sure other women don’t feel like they have to go through it alone. And to support women in every stage of their professional journey — because we all wear so many hats, and it’s not always easy to keep them all on. Thank you Asmond Chew, Neha Sharma and The Mandala Group for supporting us. Bit by bit, story by story, we’re building something that matters. #WomenInBusiness #MandalaClub #LeadershipJourney #WomenSupportingWomen #RealTalk
