'What do I do when… • ...anxiety hits and I don’t even know why? • ...I'm on my break, but my brain is still busy with my unfinished tasks? • ...I only calm down once it’s too late, when I feel already burned out?' ••• Those questions really stuck with me after I hosted a session for founders last week in Ulm. 📊 72% of founders admit to having mental health issues. 💭 49% have seriously considered quitting within the same year. 🧍♂️ Yet only 23% reach out for professional support. And yet most founders believe: I am the only one feeling this way. But you are not. ••• As a founder you don’t need another productivity hack. You need something deeper: a way to stay sane, grounded, and clear-headed, especially when pressure hits. Because let's be honest: Your team, your investors, your mission– They all depend on you showing up at your best. And not knowing how and when to truly rest? That can cost you more than ‚just your sleep‘. In the long-run it's your health, your focus, and worst case: Your company. ••• I strongly believe, that once you understand how stress works, you can work with it, not against it. There is real power in you body's stress reaction – in the short-term. And even more power in learning how to recover and build true resilience in the long game 🌀 Therefore I am super grateful to Luisa Römer, StartupSÜD, and the Entrepreneurs Campus an der Universität Ulm for inviting me to create a space for founders to explore exactly that. ••• P.S.
