I recently stepped into a Senior Manager role at Mercer. But more than the title, I’ve been reflecting on the journey that brought me here. I started my career at BCG, where I discovered my passion for consulting - not just solving problems, but helping organizations create meaningful, lasting impact. Over time, I became increasingly interested in the people side of transformation: how strategy comes to life through #organizations, #leadership, #change, and #culture. That curiosity led me to Mercer in 2024. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a range of projects: 🔹 From post-merger integrations 🔹 And strategy execution 🔹 To global organizational and governance transformations 🔹 And most recently, restructuring efforts What motivates me most is supporting organizations in navigating complex transformations and ensuring business success. I’m looking forward to continuing this journey as a strategic people advisor at Mercer and to what lies ahead.
