✨ Kick-off of the MAYA Project in Toledo! ✨ Super happy to see this project officially launched! One year ago, in a meeting in Spain, we started discussing this idea and now it is so great to see it funded - with a huge potential to reach cancer survivors and improve their #QualityofLife!! 𝗠𝗔𝗬𝗔 | 𝘀𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗿 brings together 16 partners from 11 countries to support young cancer survivors in managing their long-term cardiovascular health through an innovative tool - 𝗦𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗠𝗶𝗿𝗿𝗼𝗿𝘀 💡 At SHINE 2Europe, we are leading WP2 where we will support the creation of multistakeholder engagement, of a group of co-researchers, 8 Living Labs in Europe and much more, with a team of amazing partners 😊 and a dream team at SHINE: Miriam Cabrita, Natália Machado, Carlos Iglesias, Carla Reigada and Harm op den Akker (and myself, of course!!) 📌 Led by the University of Ioannina, the MAYA consortium includes medical universities, patient associations, research institutions, and tech developers – all united by a shared vision: empowering young people beyond cancer.
