Interviewer: "If you get a better offer, will you leave?" It's a question many candidates struggle with. The mistake is thinking you have to say "No, I'll never leave." You don't. Interviewers know circumstances change. What they want to understand is what influences your career decisions and whether you're genuinely interested in the role. A strong response could be: "When I accept an offer, it's because I see long-term potential. If the role continues to challenge me and I'm adding value, I won't be looking elsewhere" Don't make promises you can't keep. How would you answer this question in an interview?
