We are looking for candidates for two key opening roles: 🔹 Store / Restaurant Manager 🔹 Assistant Store / Restaurant Manager This is a rare opportunity to be part of the first Australian store opening for a recognised brand with a strong presence across Japan and Asia. The successful candidates will help build the opening team, establish store culture, maintain service and quality standards, and support the foundation for future growth in Australia. Restaurant, café and hospitality experience will be highly valued. However, we also welcome candidates from structured retail, food retail, supermarkets, convenience stores, franchise stores and other high-volume customer-facing environments. Ideal candidates will bring experience in team leadership, busy store operations, customer service, staff training, rostering, stock control and day-to-day operational management.
