You will get the chance to: - Identify and design technical solutions based on client requirements; - Be focused on hands-on configuration and development across ITSM and CSM modules; - Build complex workflows using Flow Designer and develop robust integrations with third-party systems using Integration Hub and REST APIs; - Manage core platform health, including SSO configuration, ACLs, and User Role management; - Support the implementation and maintenance of Clear Skye for Identity Governance. - Work effectively in a team environment, translating business needs into technical specifications.
