As we approach June 1, 2026, when Cardior Pharmaceuticals will be fully integrated into Novo Nordisk, we would like to take a moment to thank everyone who has been part of our journey. Following the acquisition of Cardior in 2024, our team, science, and programs are becoming part of Novo Nordisk’s efforts to advance innovative treatments for cardiovascular disease – one of the most prevalent comorbidities of people living with diabetes and obesity. We are proud that the work started at Cardior will continue within Novo Nordisk and contribute to developing new therapies for patients.
