We’re excited to share an update on Ashlin and Olivia's journey through our traineeship program! Ashlin and Olivia started the 12-month program in March 2025, supporting our Active and Connected Communities and Customer Support teams. After a very successful traineeship, both were secured employment within Council, where Ashlin now works as an Administration Officer in Planning and Development and Olivia as a Customer Support Officer. We caught up with them recently to hear what they had to say about their roles....
