We are pleased to announce the appointment of Amber Donegan GAICD to the role of Director Community and Planning.   Amber will join us on 20 July. She brings extensive experience across the local government sector, having held a range of senior leadership roles, including her current position as General Manager Infrastructure, Assets and Planning at Central Goldfields Shire. Her background spans diverse portfolios, including land use planning, economic development, regulatory services, assets and finance.   Throughout her career, Amber has led significant strategic land use planning initiatives, progressed complex planning scheme amendments, and guided development in challenging and constrained environments. She has also driven organisational improvements to enhance community service delivery, while contributing more broadly through board roles in the tourism and sport sectors.   Amber’s strong strategic mindset, combined with her ability to deliver in complex environments, will be a tremendous asset to Cardinia Shire. Her experience in integrating planning, infrastructure and community outcomes positions her well to support our growing community and help shape a sustainable, liveable future for Cardinia Shire.   Welcome aboard, Amber – we look forward to you joining us at Cardinia Shire in July!
