🔍 Team spotlight: Agnese Maggi Head of IP I joined CarboCode in 2019 as Patent Manager and became Head of IP in 2024. In this role, I oversee the global patent portfolio and develop strategies to protect and expand our intellectual property. I hold a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Technical University of Denmark and have over six years of R&D experience in both academia and industry, including roles at the University of Antwerp and Glycom A/S. Outside of work, I am passionate about long-distance running, yoga, and participate in running events. 💡 What excites you most about your work? What excites me the most is the mix of cutting‑edge science, constant learning, and the joy of working with such a motivated and international team. 🌱 Fun fact: One of my daily habits is inventing silly yet sweet nicknames for my two sons 👦👦 and my cats 🐱🐱 — it keeps our home full of laughter 😂💛
