🌍 Construire ensemble notre feuille de route RSE 2030 Les membres de notre COMEX, représentant nos 4 pays d’implantation 🇫🇷 🇱🇺🇧🇪 🇩🇪 et l’ensemble de nos métiers, se sont réunis autour d’un objectif commun : construire les fondations de notre Plan de décarbonation suite à notre bilan carbone. ♻️ Au travers d’ateliers collaboratifs et interactifs, chacun a pu proposer des actions concrètes autour de 4 grandes thématiques : 📈 Modèle d'affaires et trajectoire de l'offre 🤝 Relation client & stratégie commerciale bas-carbone 🏢 Performance environnementale des sites et opérations 📊 Gouvernance, pilotage & financement de la transition Les idées et propositions ont ensuite été analysées, priorisées et planifiées 🗂️ afin de bâtir une trajectoire réaliste, collective & ambitieuse. Une démarche qui illustre notre volonté d’agir concrètement pour accompagner la transformation de nos métiers & contribuer à une mobilité plus responsable 🚗⚡🌱 🙏 Merci à l’ensemble des Animateurs de notre partenaire R3 & des Managers présents pour leur engagement et la richesse des échanges.
