I left the room buzzing last night. Jasmyn Beausejour and I delivered a masterclass on The 7 Pillars of Longevity to a room full of Harvard Business School and London Business School alumni in beautiful Mayfair. 30+ brilliant, curious minds and one shared intention: To live a long, healthy, deeply meaningful life. We didn’t talk biohacks or extreme routines. We talked about what really matters: 1. Living with purpose 2. Finding inner peace 3. Nurturing real relationships 4. Eating wholesomely 5. Moving often 6. Sleeping soundly 7. Syncing with nature The conversations we had were rich, honest, and surprisingly emotional. These are the moments I live for. Because this is why we do the work. To inspire change. To make wellbeing practical. To remind people they don’t need to burn out to succeed. To everyone who joined us last night: thank you.
