Last week, the entire Capsa organization came together for our Q1 Town Hall — a moment to reflect on where we are, where we're headed, and the people who are making it happen! Our CEO, Gaurav Agarwal, opened with a look at Capsa’s strong finish to 2025 and the momentum we’re carrying into the year ahead. Our CFO, John Vuono, CPA, CMA, CSCA, followed with financial updates that underscored the stability and growth trajectory of our business. And our Director of HR, Katrina M., spoke about one of our most important priorities: investing in our people and strengthening the employee experience. We also recognized outstanding team contributions through our Ovation Awards and CEO Hall of Fame Awards. A huge congratulations to Paul Nacamuli, Inge van der Mark, Rick Shrader, Christopher Miller, Mara Colleli, Adam Landis, Corné R., and Jeroen Brouwers!
