After more than 35 years in business, Ashley Francis has helped lead some of South Africa's most influential organisations, navigated periods of immense pressure, worked on billion-rand transactions and now advises businesses and investors on creating long-term value. When we sat down for this conversation, we expected to talk about finance. Instead, we spent most of our time talking about the human experience and how that influences leadership and financial performance.
