Juneteenth marks an important moment in U.S. history; it commemorates the end of slavery more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed. Since its earliest observances, it’s been celebrated through community gatherings, music and shared meals, offering an opportunity to honor Black history, culture and resilience. Today, Capital Group offices recognize Juneteenth as we continue to foster a workplace where every associate feels valued, with a strong sense of belonging and opportunity.
