We are pleased to recognize the achievements of the Digital Academy cohorts in India and USA, delivered in partnership with Synchrony. This program continues to advance digital inclusion by equipping young people with essential skills for today’s technology‑driven workplace. Through more than 400 hours of focused training, supported by two nonprofit partners, Per Scholas and EduBridge Learning, this initiative has enabled over 118 youths across two countries to access digital learning opportunities and build future‑ready skills. The Digital Academy combines technical training, soft skills‑building, and mentorship to prepare participants for careers in the digital and technology space. By helping graduates move from learning into employment, we are demonstrating, together with Synchrony, how cross‑sector collaboration can create real, lasting opportunities for young talents.
